Description Andersen, the largest window and door manufacturer in North America is now accepting applications for Manufacturing/Production Associates. We have a variety of different opportunities available for 2018 including:FULL TIME: Oscillating Shift: Rotate between 1st and 2nd shift every 2 weeks 1st Shift: 6:20AM-2:40PM 2nd Shift: 2:40PM-11:00PM Must be able to work overtime Pay: $16.25/hour plus 6% increase on 2nd shift Background: Applicants must possess 1 of the following: Prior manufacturing background A college diploma Proven leadership background SEASONAL OPPORTUNITIES All seasonal positions are temporary to full time hire opportunities. This means that applicants are hired as seasonal employees and have the expertise to be converted to full time based on business needs and employee performance. Starting pay for seasonal positions is $15.60/hour on 1st shift. Andersen does offer shift differential meaning that pay increases 6% on 2nd shift and 9% on 3rd shift. SEASONAL - OSCILLATING SHIFT:
