Volt is seeking a highly organized customer service or call center professional to work with our client, a leader in business and transaction automation, as a Call Management Coordinator at their office in North Canton, OH. If you have background with production scheduling in a customer service, call center, or field service environment, this could be the job for you! Shift is 2:30pm-11:00pm Thursday through Monday As the Call Management Coordinator for our client, you will provide Call Management System scheduling support to Customers, Service Delivery Teammates, Field Associates, and Business Management Teammates, sharing in the responsibility of meeting customer service performance expectations. This position is for evenings and weekends.
