Clinical Manager (MH) - (Piedmont, MO)

Job purpose The Clinical Manager has direct, supervision and leadership responsibilities to conduct clinical and administrative operations to fulfill the mission of FCC Behavioral Health at their program location(s) to assure quality, evidence-based care to person(s)-served. A three-pronged philosophy of clinical management shall be employed by each Clinical Manager: Efforts shall improve the overall health of person(s)-served evidenced by clinical outcomes Efforts shall streamline access to care and minimize duplication of services evidenced by outcomes Efforts shall be done in the most efficient manner to reduce or sustain the cost-per-person of services evidenced by outcome Requirements Capable of conducting analytical evaluations and communicating effectively with their Clinical Officer, the Chief Operating Officer and other program stakeholders. Possess a Master's degree, certification and/or license in the program area with related experience OR as detailed below:
