Executive Director Raydian Properties is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our management team as the Executive Director for Fox Trail Assisted Living in Orange, VA. The Executive Director serves as the community leader and is responsible for the financial, human resource and operations management of the community. The objective of the Executive Director is to ensure a warm, compassionate and secure atmosphere encouraging independence and activity for all residents while maintaining a profitable operation. Roles and Responsibilities: Recruit, train and hire leadership teammates to supervise and lead each department. Create a culture of excellence through driving results and rallying the team. Act as the sales leader of the community, partnering with the marketing team to provide input on necessary collateral. Maintain personal and daily connections with families, residents and all care partners.
