You will evaluate and provide a holistic view of all touch point interactions with our members. In addition, you will create and maintain the Internal and External Member Advisory Committees to reinforce the exceptional member background that is provided by WEST consin Credit Union. Key responsibilities: Analyzes all data points of member feedback to ensure exceptional member background Leads development and implementation of member background strategy Assists in negotiating agreements with outside vendors/contracts Responds to employee and member questions, concerns, and complaints
