Job description: directly supervises all front of house food and beverage employees, assuring a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service amongst all staff; assists in the preparation of the food and beverage budget and then monitors the financial performance of the department, taking corrective action to assure the financial objectives are met; demonstrates expertise to raise service standards through training and motivation; is capable of working well under pressure in a quick paced environment.
