Job description: directly supervises all front of house food and beverage employees, assuring a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service amongst all staff; assists in the preparation of the food and beverage budget and then monitors the financial performance of the department, taking corrective action to assure the financial objectives are met; demonstrates expertise to raise service standards through training and motivation; is capable of working well under pressure in a quick paced environment. Qualifications: Min of five years of management experience in an upscale casual and refined dining setting High volume background is a plus Expertise to control costs and maximize profits Effective communication, organization and leadership skills Passion for and extensive knowledge of contemporary cuisine and spirits Advanced level of knowledge and use of Ms office
