General Maintenance Associate (17375-935) - (Rocklin, CA)

POSITION PURPOSE: The General Maintenance Associate is responsible for general maintenance and repairs of the building and grounds (75% of duties). Ensures that the facility is maintained at a high-level, snow removal is performed in a timely manner when needed, and cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. The position may also do light cleaning as requested by management. EEO / VETERANS / DISABLED CRITICAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: * Expertise to use power tools to perform job tasks safely and with desired results. * Expertise to service basic mechanical devices and functions within the operations. * Expertise to operate alternate facility PIT (scissor lift, sit-down fork, floor scrubber, etc.) safely and within expectations of site leadership. * Maintain and repair production equipment as needed. * Monitor equipment and perform troubleshooting for problems and breakdowns. * Maintain and repair facilities including basic plumbing and electrical systems. * Maintain grounds, parking lots, and driveways.
