Down-line Operator (2) - Graveyard shift - (Logan, UT)

Gossner Foods is a growing family business with 3 locations across the western United States. With a combined 120 yrs of cheese making background, state of the art equipment, and a team of dedicated employees; Gossner Foods is a leader in the dairy industry. What began as a strictly Swiss cheese plant, has expanded until now over 30 varieties of cheeses, and also UHT (Ultra High Temperature) shelf stable milk in a variety of flavors. Down-Line Operator Main responsibilities: Perform hourly quality check to verify the code, packaging, shrink wrap, and overall appearance of the product. Responsible for the operation of the secondary packaging equipment. Refer to the production book for details on the code, trays, and straws. Responsible for cleaning 1 food contact area, rework cans, and all the non-food contact secondary packaging machines. Pay: $14.50- $15.25 per hour. Schedule: 6 days a week from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am (Sometimes five days a week)
