Performs some grounds maintenance and minor repair work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Coordinate with Property Manager to performs pre-occupancy, post-occupancy and annual inspections to ensure compliance with approved PBPN Housing Department Standards and maintain required reports and statistics Remain familiar and current with applicable building codes as they relate to the PBPN Housing Department Research other programs for best practices on a regular basis to ensure our inspections are efficient.
