Commercial Maintenance Specialist - (Monroe, MI)

Allied Building Service Company is a licensed contractor. We service and upgrade a wide variety of commercial and industrial properties in Southern Michigan, Northern Indiana and Ohio. We service hundreds of different clients in the commercial world, including Retail, Non-Profit, Industrial and government (local, state and federal) entities. The perfect candidate for this role will have experience in building maintenance, handyman (or handywoman) work, punch list carpenters, or general building repairs. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair a wide variety of commercial building fixtures, including windows, doors, ceilings, floors, walls, counters and any other commercial building fixture.
