SERVICE TECHNICIAN Pacific Oaks Apartments, Goleta, CA The Towbes Group Inc. a premier property management company with over 60yrs in the Central Coast, seeks a full time experienced Service Technician to provide building maintenance and customer service at Pacific Oaks Apartments our 200 unit, mult-family community located in beautiful Goleta. As a key member of our residential property management team, the Service Technician interacts daily with our apartment community teammates and residents. While maintaining the community standards is also an essential function of this role. Reqirements: Expertise and willingness to provide 1st class customer service Strong communication abilities Intermediate to advanced knowledge of apartment building maintenance Appliance repair/installation of refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves and more HVAC skills. Background with wall heaters a plus.
