Chef Manager - (Charleston, SC)

Job Functions: Hospitality/Tourism, Service/Skilled - Food & Nutritional Services - Unit Description Sodexo is seeking an experienced Chef Manager for our food service operations at The Citadel in historic Charleston, SC! The Chef Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the daily culinary food and beverage operations on campus including the main Mess Hall on campus, as well as providing supplemental support for other campus culinary operations as needed. The Chef Manager will work collaboratively with the Sodexo management team on campus to provide culinary innovation and set high standards to be implemented and maintained in order to ensure great customer experiences. Perfect candidate will have: College/University high volume culinary background; Strong culinary background with background in catering and banquets; Emphasis on food presentation, quality, execution, menu design * implementation; Focus on customer service excellence; Proven background providing strong leadership, including supervision
