Administrative Coordinator/Assistant needed for pharmaceutical company in the Mercer County, NJ area. The Administrative Assistant serves as administrative assistant to VP of Human Resources. * Have a superior level of typing, telephone, verbal and written correspondence abilities (communicating clearly and concisely) * Must handle phones for all of management in the local office up to and including taking messages as needed * Have solid attention to detail and commitment to accuracy -Superior listening skills and focused attention span -Analytical and project skills as it relates to the expertise to work unaided, with appropriate escalatio * Must maintain confidentiality * Must be able to exercise sound judgment * Must possess proven expertise in Microsoft Suite skills.
