Talent Manager and Executive Recruiter, North America - (Cary, NC)

Job Functions: HR - Recruiter - Unit Description The Talent Manager * Executive Recruiter will lead the sourcing of talent at the senior leadership level for North America. Reporting to the VP, Talent Management, this role will have the opportunity to leverage the outcomes of the talent management processes in building an internal talent pipeline of talent capable of future growth. The Talent Manager * Executive Recruiter will also leverage existing workforce plans and action items from the talent review process to identify, source and build passive talent pipelines of external talent for current and future key roles in the region. The role will be based in Gaithersburg, MD and it is expected that the selected applicant will be able to work both remotely and in the office in order to meet with key executives and direct manager this role will interact with on a frequent basis.
