Avacend, Inc. is seeking to add an entry level recruiting and sales professional to our team. As a Recruiter/Account Manager , you will connect talented professionals to meaningful careers and cultivate high-impact client relationships. What you will do: Identify and qualify meaningful leads, providing a consultative and value-added approach to developing client relationships. Identify, recruit, and build relationships with prospective applicants on full time, temporary, and contract basis employment opportunities. Educate prospective applicants and clients regarding industry trends, employment trends and hiring solutions. Qualifications for success: 1-three years of relevant background within the staffing industry, preferably focused in the areas of IT, and at least one year of inside and/or outside, B2B sales background. Excellent cold calling, influencing and negotiation capabilities A charismatic & genuine individual with a passion for relationship building
