Under the direction of the AVP, Help Desk Manager, administer and support various local bank info systems, plan, implement, analyze maintain and support the Silvergate Bank network and related operating systems and core services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General Analyze, maintain, and support network and related operating systems; install upgrades and maintain network operating systems Maintain and oversee the operation of bank computers, printers, scanners, servers, switches, and multi-platform networks and related peripheral equipment Provide support for LAN and WAN and related applications, software and utilities, working with the bank’s technical support resource partner as appropriate to ensure network uptime and availability Configure, install, and test various systems Recommend and execute the purchase and acquisition of info technology hardware and software
