Yard Laborer- Day Shift - (Gary, IN)

Position description: As a professional Yard Laborer at Service Sanitation, Inc., you will be responsible for many important behind-the-scene tasks required to run a portable sanitation facility. From the loading of trucks to the cleaning of equipment, each of these tasks will present laborers with a fast-paced, ever-changing work atmosphere. Yard Laborers will communicate internally with management and our operations team and will be expected to maintaining a safe and clean portable restroom fleet. Job assignments: Safely move, load and unload trucks and trailers. Cleaning and sanitizing of portable restroom equipment. Prep trucks with necessary equipment and supplies. Conducting major and minor repairs on restroom units. Complete necessary paperwork associated with the position. Operate power washing equipment and fork lifts. Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment for every job. Follow all safety rules and policies.
