Risk Management Attorney - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Pittsburgh office of an AmLaw firm seeks risk management attorney with 5+ years of background. The applicant will be responsible for managing the clearing of conflicts for new clients/ and matters, plus all levels of lateral hiring, including members and mergers and acquisitions; advising attorneys on matters of legal ethics; reviewing firm contracts for lateral applicants and 3rd-party vendors; reviewing marketing materials; and additional projects from the Office of General Counsel. Must be licensed to practice law in at least 1 U.S. jurisdiction. Familiarity with IntApp business intake software is desirable. The corporate law office is based in Pittsburgh. Additional offices are located in Philadelphia, Wheeling, Princeton and Wilmington. The law firm was founded more than 110 yrs ago. One-hundred highly-regarded attorneys comprise the law practice.
