Immigration Attorney - (Tucson, AZ)
Tucson office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 3+ years of background. The applicant will handle appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Must have background practicing removal defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Background challenging the governments fees of removal, litigating various forms of relief in removal proceedings (including asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and waivers) is required. Background advocating for non-citizens release on bond is also required. Fluency or a high-level of proficiency in Spanish is required. Must be licensed to practice law in 1 of 50 states.Additional Skills: Strong research and written correspondence skills are necessary. Must have a JD degree from an accredited law school.
