Transactional Associate Attorney - (Parsippany, NJ)

Parsippany office of an AmLaw firm seeks transactional associate attorney with 2-6 yrs of background. The applicant will serve in fund formation, private equity/venture capital financings, merger and acquisition transactions, strategic joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and registration or exemption of investment advisers is a plus. New Jersey Bar admission is required.
