Senior Paralegal - (Tacoma, WA)

SENIOR PARALEGAL The Senior Paralegal is primarily responsible for assisting attorneys who specialize in employment and labor law, including addressing such issues as wage and hour, immigration, workplace safety, layoffs, non-competition, and labor disputes, among others. Additionally, the opportunity also includes the investigation, development and drafting of EEOC position statements and formal responses to various administrative agencies in the U.S. and Canada. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Legal Compliance team on researching new laws and helping to ensure compliance throughout the organization.
