Basic Function * Responsible for the purchase of commodities and services on a site. May also include contract ownership and management of outline agreements/catalogs and spot POs; approximately. 60% transactional and 40% operational. May also include developing and deploying the procurement of local strategy for leveraging of tail spend and less complex projects. Applying developed strategy into contracts for assigned company sites in accordance with corporate sourcing guidelines.
