The University Relations Program Leader will be responsible for university relations program and recruiting activities associated with co-op positions and internships. This role directly contributes to the talent acquisition team as a part of the overall university program. You will serve as an integral business partner in managing and driving university relations activities ensuring alignment to business needs. This position will build in continuous improvement measures while excelling in a client-facing role. * Design, plan and implement an innovative campus program to support organizational plans and strategies for ADTRAN's university program that appeals to the current student population * Collaborate together with internal and external stakeholders, including university team and internal advisory board members, to align our relationship strategy with business goals and objectives around diversity
