Research Associate - (Woodland, CA)

Randstad in partnership with a leading agriculture- biotechnology company is now hiring for an experienced Research Associate with a experience in plant molecular biology. If you are the selected applicant for this role, you will work with our client in the development of technology that enables farmers to grow more crops by applying biotechnology, genomics and molecular breeding technology to herbicides and seeds. As the successful applicant for the role, you will join a Formulation Discovery Team in and will participate in experiments supporting the advancement of new technologies to control agricultural pests. Your responsibilities: - Communicate experimental results verbally and in writing. - Generate and test formulations in plant-based bioassay systems. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of researchers.
