Description:Leidos's--Naval Health Operation(NHE) is currently looking for a Post-Doctoral Research Psychologist to support studies to develop behavioral research programs to include, but not limited to: human systems, fleet integration, as well as individual and team performance and requirements, in support of the Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) in Groton, CT. NSMRL conducts research and investigates the effects of medical, psychological, and performance issues associated with the health and performance of naval personnel in operational and non-operational settings. -- The ideal candidate shall: Identify Navy-relevant research topics in the areas of sensory physiology, optimization of human performance, selection and classification, or social/behavioral dynamics. Support writing research pre-proposals, research protocols, formal technical reports, and journal publications addressing the above topics.
