LOCATION: North Little Rock, ARDIVISION: Earthmoving POSITION TITLE: Quality Specialist III - Tool Crib SHIFT: 1st Hourly Rate: $18.45 JOB PURPOSE: Perform quality inspection of Caterpillar machines and components. Apply Caterpillar engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to judge conformance of NLR products. This posting is for Quality Specialist three assigned to Torque Tool Crib, critical skills include a great mechanical aptitude to work on and rebuild pneumatic tools. Equally required is great technical skills to work on Pin Point Software, My Supply Cabinet and Gage Trak. This position will be the 1st responder for all torque and gage issues to daily operations. JOB ASSIGNMENTS: Conduct quality inspection of fabricated components, painted components, sub-assemble components, and partially or fully assembled machines. Quality Specialist three may be assigned to inspect welds for conformance in structural integrity, dimensions, appearance, and other specification qualifications.
