The selected applicant: * Executes internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. * Has a contractual obligation to ensure the effective implementation of security requirements and procedures within a facility involved in classified projects. * Must have in-depth knowledge of, and recent background with, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Facility Security Officer (FSO) duties. * Provides guidance for international security operations, including transmission, visits, Technology Control plans and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export License in accordance with Global Trade Controls.
