Quality engineer - (North Haven, CT)

I am working with a CT based Medical Device manufacturer who are looking for a Quality Engineer on a 2yr contract. The successful Quality Engineer will need strong issue solving, communication, manufacturing process, and leadership skills as well as Lab operations/management and some background of Process Validation and/or Root cause analysis background. Critical responsibilities: Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product. Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place. Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
