Auto Claims Processor - (Bedford, TX)

Warrantech Corporation, a division of Amynta Group, is currently seeking experienced Multi-lingual and Non-multi-lingual Document Processors for its Bedford, TX call center location. Document Processors will be responsible for coordinating with the department to ensure that all foundation documents are well checked against organization standards and centrally stored. Applicant will also be a dedicated partner for the claims processing team; Applicant should have a solid accounting experience. Multiple systems are utilized through our processes, we are looking for a quick learner with expertise to multitask and handle credit card transactions, check payments and ACH payments. Assist servicers/customers by providing the highest level of service when requesting payment Put the caller 1st and remain polite and professional at all times building a positive rapport with a variety of personality types Receive incoming calls from customers or service centers to resolve claim payment disputes an claim statuses
