The Associate responsibilities will be but not limited to: Oversight of all phases of sell-side, buy-side or financing engagements Assist in building and maintaining client relationships Prepare details memoranda and other transaction-related documentation Manage analysts work Support business development efforts The qualified Associate will possess the following: Local to Cleveland or willing to relocate to Cleveland Strong work ethic and detail oriented Comfortable in both team and self-directed settings Expertise to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient written correspondence abilities with proven process management abilities 2-5yrs of investment banking, corporate development, banking, or transactional advisory service background Highly organized and attentive to detail, and proven process management abilities If interested please apply below
