CRM Technical Architect - (Spokane, WA)

The CRM Technical Architect will serve in an essential role on the CRMArchitecture team, responsible for ensuring an integrated and optimized CRM solution and for managing the CRM platform(s) and related applications. The Technical Architect will provide technical support and guidance and facilitate problem identification and solutions. The Technical Architect will establish and refine guidelines and standards for the CRM platform(s), new campus applications, and related services. The Technical Architect will design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support application building and the overarching application portfolio, managing this portfolio with input from functional leaders, ITS, and external vendors.
