Spruce Technology, a Technology Solutions and Staffing firm is conducting a search for a General Manager of Engineering for a leading construction company in Salem, Oregon. We seek a General Manager to lead and guide an Engineering Division. The successful applicant will be an energetic, outgoing person with solid technical, management and client relation skills that enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced, and team oriented environment. This Division provides in-house engineering and drafting services to all its divisions. In addition to internal services, it provides professional engineering consulting services for HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. This company has background in a variety of commercial, healthcare and hospitality industries throughout the US and Canada. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the Engineering Division and maintain profit margins and division goals as established by sr. management. Develop and nurture customer relationships.
