Bookkeeper (Up to $35 per hour) - (Atlanta, GA)

About Us Built by Bees is a natural and organic marketplace committed to providing gourmet food and all-natural skin-care bee products. We are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper with high-integrity to reconcile our 2017 transactions including a completed balance sheet and income statement along with cleanup work required for 2015 and 2016. We also need a review and simplification of our chart of accounts. In addition to the company books, we need the owner's personal books and tax returns prepared. We rely on Quick Books and Excel for our accounting and seek a specialist in these areas with high integrity. We initially need our Quickbooks caught up by entering all 2014 transactions (there are approx 300-400 unentered transactions) for both the company and owner. You may need a few days to complete the initial work, organize the reports and prepare and organize Quickbooks for our CPA. Moving forward, we envision your initial workload to be approx 1-2 days/month.
