The HR Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Staffing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the following: Recruiting quality caregivers Improve and streamline current orientation Lead orientations of new caregivers Develop training programs Evaluate current caregivers Keep Always Best Care in compliance with license regulations concerning caregivers Approve and assist in payroll Efficiently and successfully onboard caregivers Introduce new caregivers to clients Assist in successfully matching caregivers and clients Assist staffing coordinator in scheduling caregivers
