Job overview and Responsibilities Silvaco is looking for a skilled software engineer to join our RC Parasitic Extraction group. This position will enable you to be at the very center of the engineering teams, helping Silvaco's engineers develop and deliver high-quality products. As a member of the Parasitic Extraction group in the TCAD Division, you will support, improve and design new field solvers (FEM, BEM, Random Walk ..) and numerical techniques in C/C++ to address new challenges in RLCG parasitic extraction for Display and Advanced CMOS market.
