CNC Programmer Operator - (Howe, TX)

Position overview I am looking for a programmer that is capable of programming parts and willing to run machines when necessary. I have 3 cnc machines and will be adding a 4th next year. We currently have mastercam 2019 and feature cam 2018. Solidworks/drafting background is preferred but not mandatory. Management expertise are a must. We are not a production shop.
