The applicant should have 3-5 yrs of Mergers and Acquisitions background to join the sophisticated and vibrant Finance and Acquisitions practice. Should preferably possess a broad spectrum of background in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling, with public company, capital markets or venture capital background. Large law firm background is preferred. "This is a large Denver firm with strong roots in the Rocky Mountain region.
