Mesa office of our client seeks business attorney with 1-5yrs of background. The applicant will work with the team of attorneys and represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Previous background in civil litigation, employment or real estate law are a plus. Familiarity with various legal documents are essential.Additional Skills: The applicant should have strong analytical and analytical abilities. Expertise to build rapport with clients is essential. Superior written and spoken communication abilities are essential.
