Family Law Associate Attorney - (Miami, FL)

Miami office of our client seeks family law associate attorney with 1-3 yrs of background. The applicant will execute case strategy with senior attorneys, paralegals, clients, and support staff. Will prepare discovery responses, analyze discovery documents, prepare for depositions, attend motion calendar and special set court hearings. Prepare and review settlement agreements and case summaries; and maintain constant contact with clients. Must be a FL Bar Licensed attorney. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.Additional Skills: The applicant must have solid legal research and written correspondence skills. Expertise to anticipate work needs and follow through with min direction is essential.
