Government Contracts Associate Attorney - (Denver, CO)

Denver office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Government Contracts Group. The applicant will be reviewing subcontract agreements and FAR flow-downs. Will be counseling on contract performance issues (including CDA disputes process). Providing general government contract compliance counseling. Litigating bid protests and counseling on contract formation. Performing general research and writing in support of the departments full scope government contracts practice. Should have 3-5 yrs of work background. Prior government contracts background with a law firm is strongly preferred. Should be licensed to practice law in Colorado and be in good standing.
