Franchise Sales Director - Pizza Guys, Inc. - (Rancho Cordova, CA)

The Franchise Sales Director is responsible for driving unit growth in a designated area. Assists in the creation and recommendation of well-developed programs and incentives required to attract new franchise talent and accelerate brand growth. Duties: Identifies, manages and tracks new franchise opportunities. Creates a detailed business plan including territory management, key prospect target list and activity plans/management to ensure individual goals are met. Evaluate market growth potential vs. franchisee capability to identify new franchise recruiting needs and priorities. Suggest strategies and programs required to support new franchisee new unit growth, including but not limited to incentives and financing. Develops and maintains marketing materials, public relations, and resources that increases the awareness of the Brand, franchising and new growth opportunities. Uses industry and channel ability to target leaders and premium longterm relationships for new development.
