Sr. Scientist - Analytical Chemistry - (Newbury Park, CA)

We are building upon our solid oncology foundation and longterm commitment to patients by developing a whole new class of novel molecules - and we need top talent to ensure these molecules become medicines and realize their potential for helping patients. The successful applicant will support drug discovery teams by using small and large molecule analysis/purification ability to develop chromatographic methods and processes for the analysis and purification of small, RNAi, and conjugate molecules. In addition, the successful applicant will develop custom separation, detection and quantitation methods to solve analytical problems encountered in various areas of synthetics and hybrid discovery. Utilization of a diverse set of instruments and technologies, such as (but not limited to) HPLC, SFC-MS, ion exchange chromatography, HPLC-MS, mass-directed purification, preparative LC and preparative SFC is necessary.
