Claims Representative - Appraisal Service Team - (Appleton, WI)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviews, writes and approves auto physical damage estimates. Assists in reviewing images and estimates from subrogation demands. Negotiates price and repair methods with vehicle repair shops. May help determine if a vehicle is a total loss. Corresponds with independent adjusters, repair shops, insureds, claimants, and agents. Provides superior customer service for all internal and external customers. Essential: 1-three years of Auto Physical Damage estimating background Experience with Audatex software Good keyboard/PC Skills Expertise to work in a fast-paced environment Outstanding verbal and writing expertise Topnotch organization and prioritization skills Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Superior customer service and team skills Preferred: AIC, CPCU, CIC, or ARM designations (or actively pursuing) Certificate in General Insurance (or actively pursuing) I-Car certifications College diploma Semi-Tractor and Trailer knowledge
