Position details The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approx nine million members and customers across eleven states and two U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the 2nd largest AAA club in North America. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (information of the basic job functions): Primary Duties and Responsibilities (information of the basic job functions): This position is responsible for selling travel to AAA Members and non-Members in a professional and service oriented manner while supporting the ACG preferred partner program. Answers incoming phone calls, responds to Internet inquiries, and outbound calls to consult and sell cruise and tour travel services, air, car and hotel travel services to AAA members and other clients, abiding by the policies and procedures of AAA Auto Club Group and the Travel Agency business unit at all times.
