The Call Operations Reporting Engineer will play a key strategic role as a member of the Consumer and Service Channel Business Insights Team. As a call operations reporting subject matter expert, you will utilize tools similar to Nexidia and Mattersight to perform call sentiment analysis to review data to uncover new insights that can remove the friction from our processes, reduce expense from our business, improve the customer background, and help shape the future direction of our company.
