We are currently in an extremely high period of growth and looking to add to our team of top performers. We are seeking a full time Residential Drafter to join our team. The perfect candidate will develop plans in line with client s needs, from the earliest stages through to completion. What you ll do: Production of architectural contract drawings and specifications for residential customers. Update and draw in the CAD environment as assigned - modification of plans to suit specifications; maintenance of blueprints; redlines; file maintenance/coordination. Help manage printing for various purposes including bidding, construction permits, and client presentations.
