The Solutions and Design Consultant position will work in emerging operations within Optum and will be responsible to solution and design new products, services and operating approaches in the markets that we serve. This role will require influence across Optum to create and support ideation, strategy, execution and delivery of new products, services and operating approaches. Emerging Operations frequently operates in ambiguous environments. This role requires a self-starter with the ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous environments. Contributes to developing new concepts / processes / systems in emerging operations and contributes to creating new patterns of work to achieve leaps in operating quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
