Sales Training Manager - Inflammation New Hire Trainer (Enbrel Lead) - (Newbury Park, CA)

The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for: Preparing, coordinating, and facilitating New Hire training for Enbrel with field leadership and field guest trainers; establishing training metrics/assessments to measure performance. Coordinating with other Business Unit Training Managers to identify and implement best practices. Providing secondary support to Enbrel Training Partner for development of National Sales Meeting content and facilitation Providing secondary support to Enbrel Training Partner for ad hoc training initiatives. Minimum requirements Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2yrs of training and/or sales and/or marketing background OR Bachelor's degree and 4 yrs of training and/or sales and/or marketing background OR Associate's degree and ten years of training and/or sales and/or marketing background OR High-school diploma / GED and twelve years of training and/or sales and/or marketing background Preferred Requirements:
