Lucas Group is engaged in a search with a top client of ours, a 21 st century marketing powerhouse! We have launched a search for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst . The ideal candidate s primary focus will be Workday integration and configuration for HR systems. Requirements: Develops and modifies complex solutions by formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding. Recommends system changes that would result in more effective and efficient operations. Designs, configures, thoroughly tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those solutions. Provide a proactive interface with internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday configurations, integrations, reporting and implementations. Reviews operational procedures and methods, maps current business processes, defines and analyzes business activities, identifies best practices, and recommends improvements.
