Help Desk Technician - (Loveland, CO)
Help Desk Technician Overview Perspecta's risk decision group is the largest provider of experience check services for the U.S. government in the federal, intelligence and civilian space. We are currently seeking applicants for Help Desk Technician. Applicants for this opening must be located in Loveland, CO or include a introductory letter explaining relocation plans. The Help Desk Technician performs a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks including providing support to Perspecta's employees and independent contractors nationwide. Performs 1st level trouble shooting and resolves less complex problems and will coordinate with other IT personnel to resolve software, hardware, or telecommunication problems. Performs trouble shooting and resolves issues with PIPS (Personnel Investigations Processing System) application. This job necessitates shift work and weekend work.
